Bobby Rupert Cooper Sr., 69, of Elizabeth City and formerly of Columbia, died Saturday,

July 11, 2020, at Sentara Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Cooper family cemetery. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
