Bobby Rupert Cooper, Sr., 69, of Elizabeth City and formerly of Columbia died Saturday, July 11, 2020, at Sentara Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Cooper Family Cemetery.
