Mrs. Charlotte Annelies Booth Waters, 69, a resident of Highland Drive, Washington, died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, 2020, at Oakdale Cemetery, conducted by Pastor Bobby Owen. The family received friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 2020, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington and other times at her home, 1721 Highland Drive, Washington.
