It seems like Social Security people are going to really suffer if their pay is decreased or taken away. Yet all these high-paying jobs for senators and higher-ups seem to keep getting their raises. If people receiving Social Security can’t pay their bills, the economy is going to suffer even more.

If not for geese, we would have an OLF stuck in our backyard. If you want to improve traffic safety then remove all the non-drivers out there who are idiots.

Washington is blessed to have good doctors and a great cancer and radiation center. So, let’s count our blessings.

If the General Assembly really wants to save money, they should do away with legislative committees like the one that came up with the idiotic idea that we can save money by merging community colleges.

My mortgage is $815, my latest utility bill in Washington is $812. Can I refinance that?

I thought we the citizens of Beaufort County owned the community college since we contribute so much money to their budget. So, how can the state tell us what to do with it?
