Mr. Richard Elmo Gaskins, Jr., 63, of Chocowinity, died on Tuesday January 26, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center of Greenville. Due to the current pandemic, a private memorial service will be held later. The family will receive friends at the home of Mr. Gaskins’ son: Todd Gaskins in Chocowinity. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
