Mrs. Neva Irene Clemmo, 82, of 107 Anne Drive, Washington, died Monday, January 07, 2008 at Britthaven of Washington.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 9, 2008 in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service with Pastor Gary K. Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at Hillside Funeral Service, 4500 Highway 264 East, Washington and other times at the home of her son, David Clemmo, 114 Arbor Drive, Washington.
Mrs. Clemmo was born July 16, 1925 in Elmira, NY. She was the daughter of the late Roy and Georgia Durant. She was married to John H. Clemmo, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Clemmo was a homemaker and had lived in Beaufort County for 16 years.
Survivors include five sons, David Clemmo and companion, Margie of Washington, Michael David Clemmo of Washington, Edward Clemmo and wife, Lorie of Columbia, NJ, Paul Clemmo of Massena, NY, and Arnold Clemmo and wife, Amy of Massena, NY; one daughter, Judy Lovitt of Washington; one brother, Arthur Durant of Rochester, NY; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
