Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office drug unit have arrested 22 people involved in the use and distribution of a controlled substance. These arrests span a time period of two months and stem from investigators receiving complaints from concerned citizens through the Crime Stoppers program. Investigators involved in the arrests used multiple investigative techniques involving surveillance, traffic stops and undercover purchases.

The following individuals have been arrested and charged with the listed offenses:

• Wesley Martin, 47, of 117 Manuel Drive in Washington, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.  
• Ronriquez Flowers, 34, of 152 Vermont Ave. in Washington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jaquan Gibbs, 23, of 888 W. Second St. in Washington, was charged with possession of ecstasy, which is considered a schedule I controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Ashun Anthony, 22, of 115 Baker Drive in Washington, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Rashad Shedrick, 31, of 249 Brittany Place in Washington, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Andre Hudson, 24, of 121 Walton Lane in Washington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Matthew Holloway Jr., 25, of 731 W. Third St. in Washington, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Robert Burgess, 22, of 3428 Field View Court in Winterville, was charged with possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed gun.
• Benjamin Bohrer, 41, of 506 Bowen Road in Bath, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
• Tyler Woolard, 29, of 3723 Harvey Road in Washington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to heed for blue lights and siren.
• Jermaine Ebron, 45, of 3860 Brick Kiln Road in Greenville, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana within 1,000 feet of a childcare facility and the sale and delivery of marijuana.
• Adam Mason, 48, of 108 Canterberry Road in Washington, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Patrick Small, 42, of 1047 W. Pungo St. in Belhaven, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a park or playground, possession with intent to sell and deliver Adderall, which is considered a schedule II controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Donald Keech Jr., 28, of 6889 Free Union Church Road in Belhaven, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Austin Mitchell, 26, of 205 Red Oak Drive in Washington, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Janesha Peele, 26, of 114 Jasper Lane in Washington, was charged with littering, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• William Echevarria, 24, of 125 Blount Drive in Washington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Nikkopena Echevarria, 22, of 112 East Drive in Washington, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Rolando Cariaga, 40, of 1096 Avenue Road in Washington, was charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm by felon, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Dylan North, 23, of 457 E. Bay St. in Belhaven, was charged with possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Rakeem Little, 26, of 730 Patton Circle in Winterville, was charged with trafficking in heroin by possession, trafficking in heroin by transportation, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while license revoked.
• William Woolard, 41, of 117 Manuel Drive in Washington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.
