Mr. Michael Vernon Teeter, age 57, a resident of Washington, died Friday, October 15, 2021.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 5, 2021 from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington, conducted by Ric Watford. The family will receive friends following the service.
Mr. Teeter was born in Pitt County, N.C. on May 31, 1964. He was the son of the late Vernon C. Teeter and Ruth Hatcher Teeter. Mr. Teeter was a construction insulator. He was a former member of the construction union. Mr. Teeter was a talented guitar player having played with several groups. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating and fishing.
Mr. Teeter is survived by his brother, John Teeter of Beaufort, N.C. and three uncles, Jim Hatcher of Greenville, Bill Hatcher of Chester, VA, and Ken Teeter of Williamston.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Teeter was preceded in death by a brother, David Teeter and a sister, Kim Teeter.
