Carolyn M. Chappell, 62, died Monday, July 18, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Assembly of Praise, Columbia. Burial will follow at Azalea Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Assembly of Praise. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home.
