Charles “Cecil” Wallace, age 79, a resident of Pinetown, NC died Sunday March 6, 2022 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.

Per his request, no services will be held. Family will receive visitors at the home.

Mr. Wallace was born in Beaufort County on January 11, 1943 to the late Charlie Wallace and Minnie Waters Wallace. He was a loyal standing member of the “Over the Hill” gang.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years Evy A. Wallace, two sons, Ted Wallace (Beverly), Jason Wallace, five grandchildren, Harley Wallace, Logan Wallace, Rayce Wallace, Lauren Wallace, Sam Wallace, one sister, Lou Davenport, and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Wallace, Ted Wallace and one sister, Elsie Garris.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be sent to Pinetown Rescue, Pinetown Fire Dept., or the charity of your choice.
