The Pungo Christian Academy girls softball team stayed undefeated with an 11-4 victory over defending 1A state champion Halifax Academy Monday at home.

Eighth-grader Lily Keech led the Raiders (4-0) with three hits, while Reagan Stoop<Melanie Rutledge and Ella Kate Hanna had two each. Freshman Emma Hanna had a hit and three walks, while Abbey Cutler reached base three times on a hit and pair of walks.

Stoop picked up the pitching victory with 13 strikeouts.
