Washington High School senior Rob Bergevin won the RBC Sandhills Junior Amateur golf tournament held over the weekend at the Longleaf Golf & Family club in Southern Pines.

Bergevin shot a five-under par 67 in Sunday’s final round to win by two strokes over a golfer from Cary, N.C. They were the only golfers to finish under par in the two-day event. He finished Saturday’s first round with an even-par 72 to trail by one shot going into the final round. (Submitted photo)
