Mr. Cecil Williams, age 33, a resident of Fayetteville, died Saturday, July 16, 2011. A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Sunday at Clay Bottom Cemetery, Chocowinity. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at Wiseman Mortuary. Arrangements are by Wiseman Mortuary.
