The Washington Police Department is investigating multiple robberies involving the same suspect over the weekend.  On Sunday, June 4, the Speedway at 600 W. 15^th was robbed.  At 5:38 a.m., a black male entered the store wearing a black hoodie, white mask and kaki pants.  He produced a note demanding money or he would shoot the clerk.

On Monday, June 5 the Speedway located at 1308 Carolina Ave. was also robbed.  At 2:46 a.m., a black male wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and a black facemask entered the store and produced a note demanding money or he would shoot the clerk.  The suspect fled the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
