Mr. Charlie Franklin Foster, age 85, a resident of Pamlico Beach, died Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Autumnfield of Belhaven.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, July 21, 2023, at Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Ryder Hill Cemetery at Pamlico Beach.

The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
