Hungry for their favorite and classic Bojangles menu items, Washington residents descended upon the newly remodeled restaurant and kept it busy on Tuesday, July 25 when it reopened.

Nathan Paris, marketing director for Tands Inc., said the Washington location (1305 Carolina Avenue) was rebuilt, because it was “due for a cosmetic refresh.”

Looking across a packed parking lot just after lunch time, Paris said it was obvious customers were “excited” for the reopen. Their excitement was clear last week, as well. Paris shared that during employee training, last week, customers tried to go inside and eat. “There’s definitely an air of excitement that we’re open here.”

Most excited of all may be Tiffie Braddy who loves Bojangles. She eats at Bojangles several times a week with two different friend groups. On Tuesday, she ate breakfast and lunch at the Washington location.

“I love it,” she said. “I’ve been waiting long enough.”

Braddy continued to say both friend groups are very happy that the Washington restaurant has reopened. She said the food is delicious and the service was great on Tuesday. “We’ve just enjoyed it and glad they’re open.”

Braddy’s favorite items are the bacon and egg biscuit and the chicken strips, but she also loves just about every item on the menu.

“I am just so happy to be able to get back in here,” she said.
