Garland Mitchell Woolard, age 68, resident of Washington NC passed away at UNC Hospital Chapel Hill on July 27, 2023.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday July 31, 2023 at Joseph B. Paul Jr funeral service.   The family will receive friends prior to service from 10 am until the service hour.
