Mr. Julian Anthony “Tony” McGowan, age 81, a resident of the Kelly Road in Bath, died Thursday, August 17, 2023.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, August 20, 2023, at St. Clair’s Church of Christ. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will greet friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven.
