Patricia Ann Todd Stokes, age 75, a resident of Washington, NC passed away at her home on Sept. 3, 2023.

A memorial service will be held Friday September 8, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. located at the Sweet Home Church of Christ in Bear Grass, NC., followed by the committal ceremony at 2 P.M. located at the Oakdale Cemetery.
