Vera Kay Blandford  passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 80 at her residence in Vanceboro, North Carolina.
Services to honor and remember Vera will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. Visitation will take place from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm at Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service, located at 4500 Hwy 264 E, Washington, NC. A graveside service will immediately follow the funeral.

The arrangements are being handled by Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service of Washington, NC, who is honored to serve the Blandford family.
