Talmage “T.O.” Otto Cooper, age 87, passed away on October 13, 2023 at home surrounded by his family.

Memorial Services were held at 5:00 pm on Sunday October 15, 2023 at Union Grove Church of Christ.

Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Service of Washington was honored to serve the Cooper family.
