Mr. Alton Earl Congleton, age 86, a resident of Chocowinity, NC died Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at East Carolina Health Beaufort Hospital.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.  Following the visitation, a service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home.
