Public visitation will be held at 5:00pm-7:00pm. Services on Saturday, L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. MLK Jr, Dr., Washington, NC. Other times the family will be receiving family and friends at the home of his sister, Mrs. Patricia Cobb, 553 Edwards Street, Belhaven, NC.
