Mr. James Earl “Short Dog” Clark of Washington, NC died Sunday June 30, 2024 at home.

Funeral services will be at 3:00pm Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr, Dr.,  Washington, NC.

Public visitation will be Monday, July 8, 2024, from 3:00pm-5:00pm at L.R. Memorial Chapel.
