Lisa K. Credle, of Tullahoma, TN passed away on Monday, July 8^th, 2024 at her home at the age of 88. Lisa was born on January 25, 1936 in Karlsruhe, Germany to the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Kleinbeck. She was the youngest of six children and was the last living member of that family. Lisa is survived by her husband, Oliver Paul Credle; two sons, Eric and Russell; three granddaughters, Jennifer, Ashley and Lacey; six great-granddaughters, and three great-grandsons. Lisa and Paul were married in Karlsruhe, Germany in 1956 and she arrived in the USA with him in 1957 following his discharge from the US Army. She became a US citizen in 1962 and she believed very strongly in her adopted country and our freedoms. Lisa was a stay-at-home mother that believed her family and being a mother were the most important things in her life. For her, the family always came first. She was never moody, was always positive and was a great wife and homemaker. She gave her family many wonderful memories. Lisa loved to cook and bake. At Christmas time she always baked many different German cookies for her family and friends. Lisa was a very pretty lady and she was also a very nice person with never an unkind word to say about anyone. In fact, she liked everyone and loved to talk with everyone that she met. Once her stay at home responsibilities were behind her, she and her husband traveled side-by-side around the world together to visit over 65 countries and four of the five continents on airplanes, cruise ships and vehicles. She loved to announce that her bag was packed and she was ready for the next trip. She has now departed on her last trip. Lisa made the world around her a better place and she will be sorely missed by all that knew and loved her. A private memorial service was held at Kilgore Funeral Home.
