BELHAVEN, N.C. — Pungo Christian Academy’s football team will have to wait a few more days to return to the playing field.

The Raiders (2-1) had Monday’s game with Community Christian (3-1) in Wilson postponed due to Monday’s bad weather. No makeup date has been set, school officials said.

The game was originally scheduled to be played last Friday (Sept. 13) but rainy conditions then moved the game to Monday. With rain in the forecast each day this week, it’s unclear when the game could be played.
