The founder of the Purpose of God Annex, Bishop Samuel Jones, Jr., is continually touched by those who make his work possible. “I want to thank all of our sponsors, donors, grantors, supporters, and volunteers who have been so kind to us this year,” said Jones. “Their monetary support continues to fund our general operating costs for all three of our facilities. This includes paying the rent, the light bills, keeping our vehicles on the road, food, and payroll, just to name a few. And during this traditional time of giving as we close out the year, we ask that they continue to send their support in our direction. They are the ones that keep everything running.”

Jones assured those who give of their time or money, that 100 percent of their efforts support the ministry. “Every dollar that is donated is spent right here. And I want to assure them we are working their money well to help the less fortunate. We have been doing this for 25 years, thanks to them and our volunteers. So from the heart, I say, ‘God bless you, we love you, and appreciate you for all that you do.”
