Hello, friends. If you’ve been here before, thanks for coming again. If this is your first time, welcome. I hope you don’t feel it’s time wasted.

That said, let me begin. For those who know me and my interests fairly well, then you just might recall that I am drawn to sayings, quotations, beliefs, that are articulate, thought provoking, challenging, emotion providing, even memory reawakening.

Hence today’s column. Please don’t look for a thematic concatenation of these quotations. Think of it more as an a la carte menu of “ponderables”. A free-of-price menu, however.
