Teri Levon Andrews, age 63, a resident of Washington, died Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at ECU Health Medical Center.

She was born in Beaufort County on June 8, 1961, the daughter of the late Joyce Mozingo Cutler. She was preceded in death by her brother Wayne Andrews and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Teri was a 1979 graduate of Washington High School. She was a retired state employee, mostly working in the criminal justice system.

She is survived by her spouse, Liz Leib.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
