A man fatally shot was found at the scene of a single-vehicle collision in Washington on Tuesday, Jan. 7.

At approximately 6:29 p.m., officers with Washington Police Department found the victim-driver, Shamari Parker, 20, of Washington at the intersection of Bonner Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Parker was pronounced dead at the scene.
