Sarah Lee Newkirk, 76, of 250 Lovers Lane Washington, NC died on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Ecu Health Medical Center, Greenville, NC.

Celebration of Life will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Cornerstone Family Worship Center, 1918 W 5th St., Washington, NC. Burial will follow at the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Washington, NC.

Public visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 4:00pm-6:00pm at L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 West Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Washington, NC. Public viewing will be one hour prior to the services at church from 12:00-Noon-1:00pm.
