Mr. William “Bill” Ebison, a resident of 601 Havens St., Washington, died Monday, Aug. 1, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
