Laura Elizabeth Lee and Jason Jeff Harlin were united in marriage at five o’clock Monday, March 14, 2011, at the Grand Papagayo Resort in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Macon Lee of Belhaven, North Carolina.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Renne Harlin of Tampa, Florida.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father. The bridesmaids were Suzanne Lee and Sarah Lee, both sisters of the bride, and Genesis Hardison of Pinetown, North Carolina.

The best man was the groom’s father, Keith Harlin. Shane Malone of Grimesland, North Carolina served as a groomsman. Brian Harlin, the groom’s brother, was an honorary groomsman. Ryder Galligan, nephew of the groom, served as the ring bearer.

Following the ceremony was a reception held at seven o’clock Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Rock Springs Center in Greenville, North Carolina.

The bride graduated from Northside High School in Pinetown, North Carolina and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Science Education from East Carolina University.  She is a teacher at West Craven High School in Vanceboro, North Carolina.

The groom graduated from Wake Forest-Roseville High School in Wake Forest, North Carolina and is a sales representative for Cintas in Greenville, North Carolina.

The couple resides in Greenville, North Carolina.
