I am calling regarding the cannon balls in the houses. They were fired by the Confederate Cotton Bale Battery across the river at the Union battery, which was near the house. I believe there is a plaque there.
I would like to know who put Judge Manning in charge of determining the appropriate level of funding for North Carolina School for ever after? Do you suppose he has ever seen the research that shows that the leg-up that youngsters get in More at Four programs and similar such programs last until about the third or fourth grade?
I agree with the caller. We need term limits for school-board members and county commissioners. Geritol is not working. Young blood, new ideas and new ways equal change.
It must have been Blackbeard because the Union soldiers couldn’t hit a house.
