Ms. Shawna Dee Clemens, 40, of 67 Circle Drive, Columbia, died Monday, April 7, 2008, at Chowan Hospital in Edenton.
A memorial service will be conducted at 9 a.m. Saturday in the Madge L. VanHorne auditorium at Columbia High School with the Rev. Joe Wynns officiating.
Arrangements will be announced by Bryan Services’ Columbia Community Chapel.
