I still think, as the City Council considers a new police station, it should be either in the downtown or in the central part of town, rather than on the north part of town. With this location, officers could patrol on foot or on bike.

Where in the world is “Shoe” in the Washington Daily News? I can’t find it.

Once the deal is done with UHS, will there be an investigation into why it was delayed two years and cost Beaufort County taxpayers an additional $6 million. Was this just a case of incompetence by the county commissioners, or was something more sinister involved?

Should the Washington taxpayers be paying for surveillance cameras downtown to catch people feeding cats? I don’t think so.
