Mr. Raphael Eugene Perrey, 75, of Aster Lane, Waynesville, died Friday, March 21, 2003, at home.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
Mr. Perrey was born in Fort Wayne, Ind., and was the son of Ruth Mason Busteed Perrey of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and the late Raphael Edward Perrey. He was married to Joan M. Perrey, who survives. He was a retired accountant.
Survivors include three daughters, Debra DeGeare and Julie Mae Saylor, both of New Bern, and Mary Renee Maddrey of Aiken, S.C.; three sons, Dennis J. Perrey of Jasper, Ind., Robin E. Perrey of Archdale and Clayton E. Perrey of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; one brother, Philip Lee Perrey of Conway, S.C.; and 10 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the hospice program in your local area.
