Ms. Sandra Lee “Sandy” Mizelle, 60, of 1730 Tarlanding Road, Williamston, died Thursday, July 17, 2008, at home.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Formo and Marty Swinson officiating. Burial will follow in Jamesville Cemetery.
Ms. Mizelle was born in Washington County on June 5, 1948. She was the daughter of Elijah and Lena Wells Lee. She was the owner of Roanoke Lanes Bowling Alley. She was a member of Jamesville Methodist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Debra Wobbleton Kemp of Graham; one son, Donald “Donnie” Mizelle Jr. of Jamesville; one sister, Joanne Lee Norris of Salvo; four brothers, Allen Lee Sr. and Shelton Lee, both of Plymouth, Nelson Lee of New Bern and Clifton Lee of Jamesville; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends today from 7-8:30 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the home.
