Mrs. Myra Farrow Twiddy, 83, of Creswell, died Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at home.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the East Lake United Methodist Church Cemetery, East Lake with Elmo Daniels and Anthony Ralph officiating.
Mrs. Twiddy was born in Dare County, the daughter of the late Joseph D. and Lulu Isabel Lyons Farrow. She was married to Ralph Vernon Twiddy Sr. who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. She was a member of The Assembly of Praise.
Survivors include one son, Ralph Vernon Twiddy Jr. of Creswell; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Annette Twiddy; one sister, Martha Willis and two brothers, Lester Farrow and Hezekiah Payne.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell and other times at the home.
