Ms. Elizabeth Alyne Kennedy-Rowell, 58, died Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008, in a car accident.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
Ms. Kennedy-Rowell was born in Washington on Sept. 20, 1949. She was the daughter of Elizabeth Grimes Stanley-Kennedy and Richard Cartledge Kennedy.
Survivors include her children, Faith Bontkowski, Charles Benton Richardson II and Amy Elizabeth Richardson and one sister, Candace Leigh Kennedy-Baskin.
