Mr. Austin “Baby Leroy” Rodgers died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, at Ridgewood Nursing Home.
The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Inez Bess, 913 Van Norden St. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
