Robert Cecil “Bobby” Turner Sr., a resident of Eugene Freeman Road, Colerain, died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011, at Roanoke Chowan Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Walker Funeral Home Chapel in Windsor, with the Rev. Darrell McClarien officiating. Burial will follow in Perry-White Cemetery, Merry Hill. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Walker Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
