Mrs. Thelma Lee Ross, 77, a resident of Oak City, died Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Oak City Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at Oak City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. today at Oak City Baptist Church and other times at the residence, 310 W. Fourth St., Oak City. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
