Mrs. Martha Elizabeth “Libby” Warren, 60, of 2541 Sweet Home Road, Williamston, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, at her home.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Fellowship Baptist Church with the Rev. John Keeter officiating.
Mrs. Warren was born in Martin County on Oct. 29, 1948. She was the daughter of the late Oscar Cabe and Nettie Elders Cabe. She was a homemaker and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Angel Star Reason of Williamston; one son, Thomas Warren of Williamston; two sisters, Pollie Hopkins of Scotland Neck and Gladys Scott of Williamston; three brothers, Oscar Cabe Jr. of Williamston, Billy Cabe of Robersonville and Ernest Cabe of Hillsborough and one grandchild.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Austin Reason Education Fund, 2541 Sweet Home Road, Williamston, NC 27892.
