Fond du Lac, Wis. — Liddie E. Cretens, 87, of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin passed away on December 28, 2006 at St. Agnes Hospital.
She was born October 4, 1919 in Bath, North Carolina, a daughter to the late Frank and Mary Cox Clark.
Liddie was a past member of the Oak Creek Assembly of God and transferred to Fond du Lac Assembly of God in 1996.
Survivors include six children, Rosemary (David) Wait, James Cretens, Steven (Barbara) Cretens, Lois (Jeff Kaczkowski) Rutkowski, Keith (Judi) Cretens, and Catherine (John) Ziegelbauer; grandchildren: Jennifer (Chad) Swedberg, Michelle Sikorski, Jason Wait, Kelly (Ernie) Wheaton, Leslie Cretens, Courtney Cretens, Brett Cretens, Blake Cretens, Shawn (Jackie) Cretens, James Cretens, Nick Cretens, Holly Cretens, Amber Cretens, Sara (Shane) Dahlberg, Matilda Cretens, Jacob (Laura) Cretens, Jeremy Zieglbauer, Joshua Zieglbauer, Bradley Cretens and Melanie Cretens; 10 great grandchildren; one brother Frank Jr. Clark; seven sisters, Jolene Clark, Mary Wollard, Winnie Hilton, Marie Swindell, Wanda Foreman, and Sylvia Mills; she is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one son Edward Louis Cretens, son-in-law Russel Sikorski, daughter-in-law Bonnie Cretens, granddaughter Kim Cretens, and four brothers: Milan, Donald, Steve, and Malcom.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2007, 10 a.m. at the Assembly of God Church, Pastor James Burnett will officiate.
