Ms. Sandra Jean Sneed, 61, of 610 W. 10th St., Washington died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008, at Duke University Medical Center in Durham.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Deeper Life Ministries, Washington with the Rev. William Guilford officiating.
Ms. Sneed was born in Baltimore, Md., on Feb. 9, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Jessie Delores Montgomery Sneed. She attended the Beaufort County Schools. She was employed with Stanadyne Corp. in Washington.
Survivors include two daughters, Sianann Sneed and Alice Sneed, both of Washington; one son, Daniel Sneed of Durham; two sisters, Brenda Belfield and Patricia Sneed, both of New York; two brothers, Eric Sneed of New Jersey and Louis Sneed of Washington and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, Alice Sneed, 117 E. Eighth St., Washington.
Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
