Washington.
When did you move here? Why?
Born and raised here in Washington.
To what clubs/church do you belong?
Ware’s Chapel United Methodist Church. Former member of Disciples of Christ.
Education (list schools, starting with high school)
East Carolina University.
If you weren’t doing what you are doing now, what would you be doing?
Teaching small children.
If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
Pay bills and buy new houses for two children and their families.
What is the thing most people don’t know about you?
I love people and enjoy talking. I love my little pets.
What is your favorite food?
Boiled fresh vegetables.
What’s the last book you read?
“H.R.H.” by Danielle Steele.
What is your favorite TV show?
“Dancing With the Stars.”
Where would you go on your dream vacation?
Hawaii
What is your pet peeve?
Being rushed to go somewhere.
What’s the best advice you ever received and who gave it to you?
Be yourself — my mother’s advice.
What’s the biggest difference between life as a senior as opposed to below age 30?
Little energy now. Sewing and gardening and watercolor artwork. Don’t see as well now.
