We would like some help on Maple Street in Pantego. The mosquitoes are terrible. It seems the aerial spraying did not work like we thought it would.
I am a Washington police officer, and I hate the fact that one of our own is suing. Please do not judge all of us by her actions.
In response to the Sound Off comment in the Sept. 30 Daily News: Everyone did not have to lie to get emergency food stamps. You just had to go and fill out the short form provided and answer questions about household income, the number of people in the household and storm-related damage, and then you got what they said you were qualified for. You see, the normal requirements were relaxed so people that normally would not qualify could. You didn’t go, and now you want to complain. I bet next time you will go.
