Mr. Samuel Moore Jr., 74, a resident of 3201 Pineyswoods Road, Jamesville, died on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. tonight at Uniontown Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, 2801 Uniontown Road, Jamesville. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Uniontown Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, with Bishop Daniel K. Boston Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Uniontown Church Cemetery. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service of Roper.
