Mr. Hal Ryland Tankard II, 72, died Monday, Feb. 9, 2009, at Beaufort County Medical Center in Washington.
The family will receive friends at the home of Allison and Bill Bedsole, 412 Riverside Drive, Washington Park.
Arrangements will be announced by Hillside Funeral Service, Washington.
